Mrs. Davis was born on July 31, 1911, in Circleville, Kan., the daughter of Alonzo M. and Mary Minnette Potter Moore. She married C. Ted Davis on June 23, 1934.
Mrs. Davis was a member of the Lady Elks and belonged to several Bridge groups. She worked at Batterson Department Store and opened the Maurice Clothing Store at the Muscatine Mall.
Survivors include two sons, one daughter, 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, John R. Davis; one great-grandson, Nick Caputo; five brothers; and two sisters
