Mrs. Lamar Jones (Maggie), 67, of Port Royal, died Sunday at her home. The funeral was conducted by Rev. W. G. Guess at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Port Royal Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband: Lamar Jones; a daughter: Mrs. Conrad Young, Port Royal; a son: S. K. Jones, Port Royal; and two brothers Roger and John Mertz, both of Port Royal. She also had three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
