Sam Brady, Jr., age 88, the owner of the
Brady Printing Company, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
Mr. Brady was born on August 25, 1928 in Cannon County, Tennessee, to the late
Sam Brady, Sr. and Magnolia Purser Brady. Sam was the founder and owner of the
Brady Printing & Office Supply where he has been active for the last 55 years. He started the business after going to Linotype School to learn to operate a linotype machine, a print industry standard from the late 19th century to the 1980's.
Sam was an antique car enthusiast and has been a member of many antique car clubs over the years.
He enjoyed camping at the local state parks,
Lake Tansi and Cumberland Mountain.
Sam was a member of the Findlay United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife of 55 years, Celcie Ree Melton Brady, and his loving grandmother, Clara Purser, who raised him after losing his parents at an early age.

His Survivors include his daughter -
Debbie Brady and Dave Bolton
Son: Gary Brady and wife Vickie;
His Grandchildren:
Kyle Brady and Kelsey Murphy,
Tyler Brady and wife Molly
Great-grandchildren - Zaiden Michael Brady, Saylor Paige Brady;
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be conducted on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Highland Cemetery. Rev. Paul Allen will officiate.
