He is survived by his wife and two sons, Edward Schrantz of Sunnyside, Wash., and Will Schrantz, Bloomfield; and two daughters, Mrs. Anna Mattern, Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. Ira Crossman, Bloomington.
A short service was held at the home at 1:00 o'clock Monday, and the funeral cortege went to Simpson Chapel where a service was held in charge of Rev. Ronald Secrist of the Antioch Christian Church.
Interment was in the nearby cemetery.
