Funeral services for Perry Otis Lizenby, 89, Route 3, were held Tuesday in Frain Mortuary. He died at 6:25 p.m. Saturday in the Little Company of Mary Health Facility in San Pierre following an illness of one month.
He was born July 17, 1893 in Medaryville, the son of Jacob and Emma Hathaway Lizenby. He married Mary Agnes Bush on Jan. 12, 1921, who survives.
He was a retired farmer and a member of the Medaryville Christian Church.
Surviving with the wife are: three daughters, Nellie Jensen, North Judson, Dorothy Katschke and Donna Madlung, Winamac; 24 grandchildren and 59 great grandchildren.
Burial was in McKinley Memorial Gardens.
