Peggy was born in Gas City, Indiana to Mervin and Flossie (Brodt) Heath, and they preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Mississinewa High School. She married Donald Cragun and he survives. She worked for 14 years at Owens-Illinois Glass Factory in the Selecting Department. She was also a homemaker. She loved her grandkids.
