STONER (Arledge), Doris Pauline "Polly" 88, of Delaware passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon August 27, 2016 at the Delaware Court Health Care Center. She was born June 10, 1928 in Highland County, Ohio to the late George Arledge and Mildred (Meredith) Arledge. Polly worked many years for NCR in Dayton. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Shelley (Scott) Bailey of Springboro; grandchildren, Joshua (Jennifer) Cook, Matthew Cummings, Chad (Natalie) Kopf, Chris (Amanda) Kopf and Kelli (Heather) Kopf; six great grandchildren; brothers, George (Judy) Arledge of Wilmington and William (Phyllis) Arledge of Omaha, Nebraska; sister, Arlene (James) Gregory of Delaware; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Polly was preceded in death by her husband Richard C. Stoner, daughter Lisa Beth Potter, sister Gloria Gillespie and step mother Lucille Arledge. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle, Ohio. The Snyder Rodman Funeral Center of Delaware is honored to serve the Stoner family.
