Delphia Opal Halstead, 84, of Foster, passed away on Aug. 26, 2016, at CAMC General Division. She was a member of the Rock Creek Church of Christ. She was a devoted wife, and beloved mother. She volunteered for the US National Parks at Monongalia National Park as a camp host for 17 years. She was the daughter of the late Julian and Garnie Ball, Greenview. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Buster" Halstead of 64 1/2 years. Surviving: children, Vivian Lea (Bennie) Parker of Allison Park, Pa., Jesse C. Halstead of Foster, and Rita A (Wyatt) Bryant of Foster; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
