She was born June 1, 1899, in Karne City, Texas and married Robert E. Hodges on Aug 19, 1917, in Hill, OK. She was a homemaker and superb seamstress. Mrs. Hodges was a member of Central Christian Church in Fort Smith and an active member of the First Christian Church during her residence in Sapulpa.
Survivors include daughters Ina M. WOODS of Fort Smith and Modenia Joy KRAMER of Garden Grove, CA; sister Mozelle LUDWIG of Huntington Beach, CA; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Gerald Rendel officiating.
Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
