FRANCES LORENE ERWIN SPURLOCK JONES SIAS, 75, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2003, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Oaklawn Cemetery by Pastor John Lowe. Burial will follow. She was a homemaker. She was born on May 12, 1928, in Cabell County, West Virginia, the daughter of the late W.M. and Goldie Mae Nicely Erwin. Her three sons preceded her in death, Jerry Allen, Vinson Lee and Lial Daniel Spurlock; also two brothers, Willie C. and Homer Lee Erwin. She is survived by her two daughters and son-in-law, Judy Gale and Richard Smith, and Anna May Lambert, all of South Point, Ohio; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Garland Leo Erwin of Columbus, Ohio; and two sisters, Lucille Cornwell and Jane Purdue, both of Altizer, W.Va.
