Mrs. Era Dell Coovert Carr - Mrs. Carr. 62, wife of Sam Carr, died unexpectedly last Thursday in Haggin Memorial hospital after suffering a heart attack. Mrs. Carr was well known, throughout Mercer county, where she operated one of Harrodsburg's well-known restaurants. She was a member of the Christian Church.

Besides her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Kennedy Farnau. Lancaster, and two sons, Charles W. and Buford Carr, Harrodsbrug, three sisters, Mrs. Ed Hendren, Mercer county, and Mrs. Vera C. Butler and Mrs. Shelby Vertrees, both of Harrodsburg; a brother, Andrew Coovert, Harrodsburg, and nine grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.

Burial was In Spring Hill Cemetery. Alexander-Royalty funeral home.
