Henry L. Belanger was a veteran of the World War, serving overseas with the First Air Service, Sixth Company of he Third Regiment. He was a member of Cohoes Council, No 192, Knights of Columbus and Cohoes Lodge of Elks.

He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Edna Mailoux; a sister, Mrs. Richard Peek of Schenectady and two brothers, Joseph and Arthur, both of Brooklyn.
