OAKLEY, WALTER E., 77, died Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at his home. He was a retired store manager from Gemco. He was the husband of Neva Givens Oakley. Survivors, besides his wife, are eight children, including Bert Oakley of Louisville; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Georgetown Baptist Church, Georgetown. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation: after 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
