Luther F. Reed, 60 of White Sulphur Springs, W. Va. was a son of Alex L. and Dessie Craft Reed. He attended the Methodist church, and was assistant county maintenance supervisor for the State Road Commission in Lewisburg, W. Va. He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows at Ronceverte, W. Va. He is survived by his wife, Mary Foley Reed; a son, Thomas E. Reed of White Sulphur; a brother, Frank L. Reed of White Sulphur; three sisters, Irene Dean of Washington, D. C., Geanette Hepler of Covington, Va., and Dorothy Masters of Glendale, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
