April 30-Died April 25, in Scribia, Mr. Cheney Amidon, aged 79 years and 4 months. He had been a resident of Oswego county for many years. He was universally respected, a pleasant neighbor, a kind and affectionate husband. He leaves an aged wife and other relatives to mourn his loss. Services were held in the Baptist church, the pastor, Rev. W. P. _____officiated. Deceased was uncle to Rev. D. D. Owen who was present at the funeral.
