Mrs. Marian Cushing, age 84, of Crestview passed away Thursday evening at North Okaloosa Medical Center. Marian was born Dec. 20, 1921 in Fairfax, S.C. Marian had been a resident of Crescent Park Village for 41/2 years.

She was a retired civil service employee, working for the Air Force and Army for over 30 years. She retired from the Army Depot in Charleston, S.C.

Mrs. Cushing was predeceased by her husband, Charles Cushing in 1982 and sister Audrey Jackson of Key West.

Mrs. Cushing is survived by her daughters, Elaine Mercer and Carolyn Lancaster, both of Crestview, and sons-in-law, Joe Mercer and Frank Lancaster, also of Crestview. Five grandsons, Randy Mercer of Ft. Walton Beach, Stephen Mercer of Hope Mill, N.C., Rodney Lancaster of Crestview, Scott Lancaster of Navarre and Aaron Lancaster of Tampa, also survive her. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, a very special nephew, Ricky Jackson, and niece, Kathy Munoz both of Key West, Fla

A time of visitation will be held from 1 - 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 27, 2006 at Mossy Head First Baptist Church, 92 Hinote Road, Mossy Head, FL 32434.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, Nov. 27, 2006 at Mossy Head First Baptist Church, with Brother Ted Jernigan of Milligan Baptist Church offi ciating, special singing by Brother Jim Jordan of Antioch Baptist Church.

Floral arrangements are being accepted or donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Crestview Building Fund.

Burial will follow in Mossy Head Cemetery in Mossy Head, Fla.
