Bonnie was a faithful Christian and loved gardening. Her family and faith is what she lived for, there was nothing more important to her. She was an avid gardener and loved working on the farm with her husband, Garland.
She is survived by her; son, Carroll Walker and wife, Kelli of Green Forest, Arkansas; daughter, Lavonna Johnson and husband, Fred of Pineville, Missouri. She is also survived by her sister, Molly Deweese of Hawthorne, California; daughter-in-law, Kay Walker of Green Forest, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Janeine Plumlee and husband Jimmy of Berryville, Arkansas; Sandra Nance and husband, Roger of Berryville, Arkansas; Ricky Walker and wife, Anessa of Green Forest, Arkansas; Sarah Walker of Canyon, Texas; Adam Walker and wife Stephanie of Southwest City, Missouri; Clint Walker and wife Lisa of Kendallville, Indiana; Emily Walker of Green Forest, Arkansas; Matti Kate Walker of Green Forest, Arkansas; Debbie Headly and husband Jesse of Berryville, Arkansas; sixteen great-grandchildren, Ryan Nance, Rusty Nancy, Ramsey Walker, Riley Walker, Kirk Cowan, Wyatt Jensen, Heather Plumlee, Megan Plumlee, Cody Plumlee, Seth Walker, McKayla Demorest, Kelsey Coney, Couristine Walker, William Walker, Trista Walker and Vincent Walker; seven great-great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Teva, Luke, Lane, Janessa, Aylah and Paislee; a host of nieces, nephews and loved ones.
On February 27, 1937 she was united in marriage with Garland Walker who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her parents, George and Ida Deweese; two sons, Richard and Roy Walker; infant daughter, Judy Faye Walker; grandson, Vance Walker; three brothers, Norman Deweese, Willie Kenner Deweese and Allen Deweese and two sisters, Artie and Dorothy Allred.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel, Berryville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with David Maybee and Roscoe Wade officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Farmer Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc. Memorial donations may be made to the Farmer Cemetery, 232 CR 530, Berryville, Arkansas 72616.
