Jennie Newman, 67, of Newport departed this life August 1, 2016. She was born January 31, 1949 to Homer and Georgia (Sutton) Newman. She enjoyed taking care of children, living life and she had a big heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters; Sandra Love, Bobbie Northcutt, and Betty Bennett, and two brothers; Edwin Newman, and Bill Newman.
Her survivors are two brothers; Glenn Newman of Newport, and Jimmy Newman of Paragould, one sister; Donna Bowen of Newport, and one nephew; Kelley Harvey of Newport.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2016.
