Mr Armstrong was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He was a businessman in Stratford. He managed the Phillips 66 Station and worked in Guymon prior to retiring to Amarillo. Member of the First United Methodist Church in Stratford.
He is survived by one daughter, Lea Ann Armstrong of Amarillo, Son Michael Armstrong of Borger and a sister, Joy Keener of Sweeney,
TX. 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
