Edward Frank Mokritsky, 87, of Tremont, died Friday at Schuylkill Medical Center–East Norwegian Street.
Born in New Philadelphia, Dec. 9, 1928, he was a son of the late Piotr and Zofia Serafin Mokrzycki.
He was retired from the former Penn Wholesale Drug, Allentown.
He was a member of Most Blessed Trinity Church, Tremont.
He was a veteran of the Navy, where he served as a corpsman during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley M. Bebelheimer Mokritsky, in 2014.

He is survived by two daughters, Marion, wife of Kamal Bhatt, Carym, N.C., and Barbara, wife of Leroy Dietrich, Tremont; a sister, Mary Filanowski, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Shatam, Anand and Josh Bhatt, and Elliot and Isiah Dietrich; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Most Blessed Trinity Church, Tremont, by the Rev. Jason Stokes. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Minnig-Berger Funeral Home, Tremont. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville. Minnig-Berger Funeral Home, Tremont, is in charge of arrangements.
