Kenny R. Ahern, 55, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 in his home.
Mr. Ahern was born in 1961, in Maryland, the son of Donald and Donna Ahern of Garrett County, Maryland. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator for N to N Fiber in Manassas, Virginia. He was free-spirited, and loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved his family and friends.
Along with his parents, Mr. Ahern is survived by his two daughters, Dana Hawkins and Amanda Ahern, both of Chesterfield, Virginia; two step-daughters Jamie Perry and Angie Weeks, both of Oakland, Maryland; seven grandchildren, Kayla Hawkins, Jaden Hawkins, Wyatt Hawkins, Damon Ahern, Kendra Rhoads, Kaylee Rhoads, and Taylor Renee Perry; one great grandchild; and three brothers, Donald Ahern of Deer Park, Maryland, George Ahern, and wife Becky, of Deer Park, Maryland, and Rick Ahern, and wife Cindy, of Oakland, Maryland.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Deer Park Church of God, 25 Back Street, Deer Park, MD 21550. Inurnment will follow at Deer Park Cemetery. To participate in Kenny’s last ride, guests are encouraged to ride their Harley in honor of his memory.
