Mary D. Houser, 53 of Eminence died Sunday, January 13, 1980 at the Highland Baptist Hospital, Louisville. She was a member of the St. John Catholic Church, Eminence.
She is survived by her husband: Kenneth L. Houser, Eminence; six daughters: Mrs. Harold (Judy) Stivers, Vickie Kirchner, Rebecca Ann Houser, Susan Lynn Houser, Mary Beth Houser and Jennifer Houser, all of Eminence; two sons: Kenneth Gregory Houser and Michael Houser, both of Eminence; four sisters: Mrs. Ed (Helen) Wyatt, Jeffersontown, Mrs. Jim (Martha) Muth, Fern Creek, Mrs. Shirley Jones, Valley Station and Mrs. Eddie (Darlene) Hamilton, Jeffersontown; three brothers: Tommy Pyles, Valley Station, Bobby Pyles, Louisville and Mike Pyles, Elizabethtown and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 16th at St. John Catholic Church, Eminence. Father Chester B. Bowling officiated. Interment was in the Eminence Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Prewitt's, New Castle.
