E.A. (Zeke) Sharp well known resident of this city died at the family home Thursday night of last week. He had been in failing health for the past two years. He was born February 12, 1857 and at the time of his death was 73 years, 1 month and 1 day of age.
He is survived by his wife and three sons; Albet, Leslie and William; also the following brother and sisters: John Sharp, Mrs. John Bragg, Mrs. Jane Swank Mrs. Mary Burress. His brother, Bert died about 1916.
Funeral services were held Saturday moringin at the family residence and were in charge of Rev. J.C. Irvine of the Presbyterian church. Interment was in Pea cemetery. The casket bearers were his nephews, Acel Bragg, Osa Bragg, Dale Bragg, Stanley Bragg, Roe Sharp and Charlie Sharp.
