ADKINS, WILLIAM POOLE, 88, of Okolona, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2006 at the Hospice Inpatient Unit at Norton Hospital. He was a retired employee of the old Mengel & Willett furniture company and a member of the Carpenters Union #2501. He is survived by his sisters, Lois Cambisi and Venita Yurt; brother, John P. Adkins; and 16 nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
