Funeral held Monday for Mrs. Agnes Link
Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Link, 72, of Charles City were held Monday morning in the First Congregational Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Link was born May 1, 1898 at Chickasaw and died Friday morning, Sept. 18 in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Waverly. She was married Nov. 29, 1916 to Elihu Link at Chickasaw. They lived in Chickasaw 24 years and then moved to Charles City.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Charlie (Nellie) Crooks, Chickasaw; two sons, Louis, Chickasaw, and Elihue, rural Ionia; 12 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a brother-in-law, Harold Bennett, Denver, Colo. She was preceded in death by her husband and one grandson.
Chenoweth and Son Funeral Home, Nashua, was in charge of funeral arrangements.
