Clara Ann (Barrett) Elmore was born August 29, 1928 in Cambridge, Ohio to Lee L and Nellie M (Paige) Barrett. She went to be with the Lord, September 12, 2001 at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

Clara was the First Lady of Messiah Baptist Church in Cleveland.

She united in marriage to Rev. Daniel Dorset Elmore Jr., to their union three children were born: Anita, Karen, and Daiel III.

Preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Elmore; parents, Lee and Nellie Barrett.

Clara left to cherish her memory,daughters, Anita Elmore-Florence, Karen Elmore-Blair; son, Daniel D. III; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
