Kevin is survived by his parents Willa Blackley, Thomas Rogers, III, his step-father, Bob Blackley, his brothers, Thomas Rogers IV, Mark Blackley, Bob Blackley, Jr., his son, Ashley R. Rogers of Portland,Oregon along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.
