Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, November 19, 2004 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church for Francesca Ann Cuccio, 25, who died Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at the Medical Center of the Southwest in Lafayette.
Father Gary Schexnayder, pastor of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, officiated for the services.
She is survived by her parents, Guy and Kay Davis Cuccio of Crowley; two brothers, Guy A. Cuccio, III and his fiance Claire Johnson of Portland, Oregon and Frank J. Cuccio of Crowley; maternal grandmother, Ruby S. Davis of Crowley; paternal grandparents, Guy and Ida Cuccio of Egan; her nephew, Angelo Cuccio of Portland, Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Frank Davis and her paternal grandmother, Marie Cuccio.
Francesca was a 1997 graduate of Midland High School and had recently returned to Crowley after living in Florida for six years. Her beautiful smile and warm heart will always be remembered by her family and many friends.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home of Crowley.
