"When Mother and Daddy married, they lived in Fort Hood for a short period of time. Then Mother lived in Abilene while I was waiting to be born and then when they released us to travel from there to Okinawa and then back to the states and then San Juan Puerto Rico. Then Lawton, OK. Until 1957-1958 we lived in Abilene while Daddy was in the hospital at San Antonio, TX for a year. Then back to Lawton from 1959 until around 1966. I went from 1 to 9th grade there (Daddy was in France and then Germany. When DeGaule closed the posts in France he finished in Germany)Then we went to Ft. Stewart GA for 1 year and then when Daddy retired to Belton, TX."
CAUSE OF DEATH: PULMONARY EMBOLISM HAVING BEEN COMPLICATED BY TYPE 2 DIABETES AND CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE.
