ELLEN McCLARA Services for Mrs. Ellen McClara, 81, RR 51, •Terre Haute, who died Tuesday afternoon in Union Hospital, will be held 1 p.m. Friday at the Mattox and Wood memorial Chapel with burial in Roselawn Memorial Park.
Ellen was born on Sept. 10, 1894 in Soddy TN to John M Lee and Harriet Hosteller (or Hostler). She married Roy McClara on July 3, 1913 in Vigo County, Indiana
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday. She was a member of Burnett Church and Home Ec. Club.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Daisy Hoopingarner, Clinton and Mrs. Margaret Baily of RR 51, Terre Haute; a son, William of Martinsville, Ind.; two foster sons, Homer Easthom pf North Terre Haute and Jim Easthom; 21 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; three great- great-grandchildren.
