Services for Erby B. Adcock, 78, were held Aug. 15 at 1p.m. at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Price Hunter and Bro. Glenn Roy Love officiated. Burial was in Taylor Providence.
Mr. Adcock died Aug. 13 in White County Hospital.
He was a native of White County and the son of the late John and Dona Slatten Adcock.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Felts Adcock of Sparta; a son, Alton Adcock of Sparta; two daughters, Ina Jo Adcock Prater of Detroit and Rowena Adcock of Nashville; three brothers, Henry Adcock of Sparta and Richard and Bethel Adcock, both of Smithville; two sisters, Mrs. Brina Rigsby and Mrs. Roberta Martin, both of Smithville and five grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were Dwight Adcock, Troy Prater, J.C. Slatten, Willy Hawkins, Charles Felts and Jack Adcock.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
