Inez Dolecheck, 82, of Humboldt, formerly of Diagonal, passed away Friday, Jan 22, 1988, at the South Care Center at Humboldt, following a long illness.
She was born Nov. 24, 1905, in Harrison County, Mo., the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Skroh) Posler. On Aug. 21, 1929, she married Leo Dolecheck. He preceded her in death in 1951.
They farmed near Diagonal until his death. She then moved into Diagonal.
Mrs. Dolecheck is survived by a daughter, Carolyn and husband, Marion Gardner of Humboldt; a son, Wilfred and wife, Pat Dolecheck of Johnston; one grandchild; two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Alma Posler of Cainsville, Mo.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the United Church of Diagonal with the Rev. Eydie Stephens officiating. Burial was at the Bohemian Cemetery with the Wilson-Watson Funeral Home of Diagonal in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be directed to the United Church of Diagonal or the Bohemian Cemetery.

*Leon S. Posler is a cousin, who was adopted when his parents were killed, and left him orphaned.
