She was born August 21, 1925 at Springdale, Arkansas, the daughter of John Elbert and Freddie Francis (Sutton) Butler.
Married twice:
1) 1942 - Odis Loyd Howard (1919-2001), div. 1960,
2) William Alvin Ford.
She was preceded in death by parents; her husband, William in 1982; her brother, Edward Elmo Butler in 2001; and the father of her son, Odis Howard.
Survivors include a sister, Clytia L. Mulkey.
Burial is in Butler Ford Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Benton County Funeral Home and Memorial Park of Rogers, Arkansas.
