Mildred Charlotte Schnieders, 74, of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at her residence.

She was born on Aug. 31, 1930 in Rich Fountain, MO, the daughter of Al B. and Teresa Grellner Bax.

She was married on Feb. 3, 1951 in Rich Fountain to Paul Herman Schnieders who survives at the home.

Mrs. Schnieders received her education at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Rich Fountain.

A homemaker, she was employed as a cook with St. Marys Health Center for the last eighteen years and was co-owner with her husband of Hook's Car Wash, Jefferson City, and Rainbow Lanes, Westphalia.

She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church; Ladies Sodality; Perpetual Adoration; enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and family; and cooking.

Other survivors include five sons and their wives, James & Roberta Schnieders, Jefferson City; Mark and Sandy Schnieders, Jefferson City; Steven and Patty Schnieders, Rich Fountain; Phillip and Mary Jo Schnieders, Jefferson City; and Samuel J. Schnieders, Jefferson City; one daughter, Paula M. Eynard, Jefferson City; twelve grandchildren, Tina Paschal; Scott Schnieders; Jon Schnieders; Melanie Schnieders; Jamie Eynard; Dustin Schnieders; Victoria Schnieders; Colby Schnieders; Christopher Schnieders; Patrick Schnieders; Trevor Schnieders; and Parker Schnieders; three great-grandsons, Ryan Paschal; Blake Paschal; and Chase Schnieders; two sisters, Mary Jane Neuner and Margaret Reinkemeyer, both of Rich Fountain; one brother, Robert Bax, Rich Fountain; and two special friends, Rehanne Blomberg and Zach Blomberg, both of Jefferson City.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Mary Terese Schnieders.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 3, 2005, at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Donald W. Lammers officiating.

Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 2nd, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the Carmelite Monastery, 2201 W. Main St., Jefferson City, MO 65109.
