Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with Roy Keith, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Paducah Garden of Memories Cemetery by Seigler Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lynch lived in Paducah for 38 years and in Hereford for 18 years. She was a Baptist and a loving wife, mother and homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, R.G. Lynch; two daughters, Mona Stroud of Gun Barrell City and Linda Evans of Lubbock; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Her parents, Arthur and Mattie Deckerbrother John Decker and sister Captoila Decker Schoen, preceded him in death.
