KALINOWSKI, REGINA ELIZABETH, 76, of Westminster, formerly of Bowie, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Carroll Lutheran Villiage in Westminster. Daughter of the late Bernard and Edwina Rooney Schwartz, beloved wife of the late Leon Charles Kalinowski. She is survived by sons Daniel and James Kalinowski and predeceased by her daughter Mary Alice Jones. Also survived by sisters Janet Clark and Edwina Wilden, brother Bernard Schwarts, Jr., 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She graduated with her Master's degree in education from the University of Maryland, College Park, was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and enjoyed gardening, birds, reading and the outdoors. A Mass of Christian burial was held Friday, June 6 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with interment in the church emetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her name to the at:, 801 Roeder Road, Suite 800, Silver Spring, MD 20910, or to the . Arrangements entrusted to the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home.
