Middle daughter of John Shurtleff Stevens and Laura Rose LeClear, sister of Susan Jean Stevens Wilson and Janet Lee Stevens.
Wife of John Daniel Mayfield, married 28 Feb 1982 in Sonoma on her father's ranch, Stony Acres, and mother of John Steven Mayfield and Jennifer Nicole Mayfield Naranjo Cheek. The family lived in San Jose and removed to Merced in late 1988. Grandmother of Emerie, Paige and Landon.
Wife of David Thomas Ichord, married 12 Dec 2008 in Merced at fireplace in the family home among close family and friends.

Known as Lady Annne to countless AOL Baby Boomers throughout the world.
Owner of www.packrat-pro.com and orbseekers.org.
Also known as the Wicked Witch of East Twenty First as she thoroughly enjoyed Halloween and the intentional thrilling of the local children.

Very little meant more to her than family and home. Anne was a seamstress, Master Gardener, quilter, crafter, stained glass artist, an avid Findagrave volunteer and cemetery taphophile as well as the mother to many fur babies who filled her life with unconditional love. She loved genealogy, the detective work and the results, her family came from Whitley Hall, Ecclesfield, Sheffield, England where the family was awarded by Richard III Keeper of the Game for the King of England circa 1440. Her pinterest page, which focused on "Good Thoughts" said, "Ok, big breath, family friends animals gardening history quilting cooking stained glass wood orbs graveyards music photography antiques Druids old houses drawing . . "

What does on say in their own obituary? The coronavirus is making its way though the states, and since I have been in a seriously weakened position with COPD for several years now, reality comes as a stark fact one must face and prepare for the possibility of the end of my life. After losing so many friends and family, and working on Findagrave, death becomes more of a natural step and I do not fear it, and only regret the pain it might cause friends and family. Say a prayer for me, please, either before of after my demise.
