Naomi was a daughter of Harold Everet Crist and Stella Martha Rose.
Her younger siblings were Lester Eugene, Dorothea Mae and George Charles Crist.

Naomi married three times. Her first husband was John Reynolds Baker and they had four children, John Reynolds, Jr., Martha Patricia, Harold Crist and Naomi Ruth Baker.

Her second husband was Clarence Frederick Moore. They had one daughter, Nadine Elizabeth.

Her third husband was Harlan Ernest Harris Jr. They did not have children.

Aunt Naomi was always working. While raising four children, she worked at Springfield State Hospital in Sykesville MD in the late 50's to early 60's. After marrying Clarence, she ran a daycare from their small house. After Clarence passed away, she moved across the street to a larger home and set up the daycare with more children.
She retired and moved temporarily to Florida to help her mother.
Aunt Naomi passed away leaving three children, 13 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Her brother and two sons passed away before her.

In May 2022, her ashes were scattered in the Indian River in Florida, per her wish, by her last child Nadine and her son-in-law Paul.
