Mildred was born to Fred C. and Martha Stutz Hall. She and her husband Jim moved to Fredericktown in 1957 where they owned and operated J.M. Fisher Jewelers until Jim's death on 21 Mar 1969. Mildred worked at Ritchey's Cardinal Market in Fredericktown. She was a member of the Fredericktown United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her son, Gregory (Kathy Johnson) Fisher of Coschocton; her saughter Martha Ann (Phil) Lehman of Elkhart, In.; her son-in-law Jacque DeChant of Fredericktown; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband James Murray-Fisher; her daughter Marsha Kay De Chant, and a brother and sister.
