A life-long resident of the county, Mrs. Mary Wickham, 82, passed away at 1 o'clock this morning at the home of her son, Jacob G. Wickham, 1207 Hurd Avenue. She had been in ill health due to infirmities of age for the past six weeks.
Mrs. Wickham, widow of John C. Wickham, who died several years ago, was born near Arlington in 1852. Her parents were John Teems and Lucinda French Teems. She later resided in Blanchard township near Benton Ridge, but during the past 35 years she had lived in Findlay.
She was a life-long member of the First United Brethren church and also held membership in the W.C.T.U. and the Women's Relief Corps.
Beside her son, at whose home she died, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. W.F. Whetstone, of Van Buren; a sister, Mrs. Arilla Bishop of Morey avenue, this city and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held from the home on Hurd avenue. Burial in Benton Ridge cemetery.

Mary Wickham's name did not appear in the book. This usually means she did not have a headstone.
