Ralph F. Frederick, 81, passed away peacefully in his sleep after an illness on Thursday, June 23, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. He joins his late wife, Barbara A. (Jensen) Frederick in eternity. He then continued his life living with his dearest friend Patricia Coughlin in Naples, Florida and North Attleboro, MA. Born in Boston, MA on March 11, 1935, he is the son of the late Ralph W. and Laura A. (MacVeigh) Frederick. He is the loving father of the late Karen Ryan St. Gelais, Linda Frederick Ricci and her husband, Luigi of Milford, MA, Glen Frederick and his wife, GarryJean of Bellingham, MA, Deborah Frederick of Woonsocket, RI, the late Mark Frederick, and Cindy Frederick Stephens and her husband, Edward of Mendon, MA. He leaves his eight cherished grandchildren, Jaclyn Taylor, Eric Taylor and his wife, Justine, Christopher Frederick, Kerry Frederick, Laura Taylor, Ryan Mellone, Samantha Stephens and Lindsey Stephens, and his two great-grandchildren, Emma Taylor and Owen Taylor. He is also survived by his brother Russell Frederick and sister Diane Bilodeau, and predeceased by his brothers Paul Frederick and Richard Frederick, and his sister Nancy Lang.

Ralph lived in Bellingham for most of his life with his wife and children. He worked for UPS for over 35 years.

He was a United States Air Force Korean War Veteran and received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Air Crew Member Badge. He served as Vice Commander of the Bellingham VFW Post 7272.

Devoted to his family, Ralph will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 30th, at 10:00AM at CARTIER’S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA. Interment will follow at St. Jean Baptise Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. Visiting hours are on Wednesday, June 29th from 5PM to 8PM.
