Jimmy Neal Boleyn of Lexington,Tennessee died in September 27,2017 at the age of 71 years..but his larger-than- life persona and trademark stubbornness will not be forgotten.
He was born in April 22,1946 in Bethel Springs, Tennesee. He was the youngest son of the late James Hershel Boleyn and Mary Oleta Sisk Boleyn. Affectionately known as Jim by his family and many friends. He was an avid hunter. He also loved fishing.
He despised oatmeal, loud mouth know it all, Tabasco sause, reality T.V. Shows and anything to do with the Kardashian s.
Jim had many loves too.He loved his wife Ruby who preceded him in death in 1991. He loved his children and grandchildren. Famously opinionated. He took extra pride in his grandchildren. Who affectionately called him Grandpa. He loved Milk Shakes, The Playboy channel, Gentlemen 's clubs, taking afternoon naps in his recliner, and his hunting dogs.
Jim was world renowned for his lack of patience, not holding back his opinion and knack for telling it like it is. He was highly proficient at cursing. He liked four letter words just about as much as his four wheeler. He was a connoisseur of banana pudding. He always told you the truth, even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear. He was generous to a fault, pussy cat at heart, and yet he sugar-coated absoulety nothing. To Quote Winston Churchill: " He was a riddle,wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma. "
His fondness of spaghetti westerns was only surpassed by his love of bacon,beer,and chocolate ice cream. He fondly reminisced about good friends,good drinks, and good times. Quite a teller of tales Jim's elaborate stories often where punctuated with the phrase "And that's when I kicked his a**. " He enjoyed outlaw music: Waylon,Willie,Hank, and Johnny. He was also on a first name basis with the Four Horsemen of liquor: Jack, Jim, Johnnie and jose
With his love for fishing and passion for hunting. Jim was locally sourcing his on good for decades long before it was the "in Thing" To Do.
Jim was known for his timeless words of wisdom, including "Life is hard; but it is harder if your stupid." And " Don't be a jackass. " He loved good food. And his famous holiday eggnog had enough Whiskey to grow hair on your chest.
Also known as the animal whisper. He communicated with all the local animals. He was more spiritual than many people realized .
What he lacked in stature,he compensated with an over abundance of charisma, charm, and fiestness. Jim took fashion advise from noone. His comfort far outweighed any fashion trends.
In December 2016 Jimmy fell and so began his declining health. His devout fiestness and stubbornness had served him well though out his life. And even in his waning months he was a model of strong will and sheer determination right up to the end of his journey here in earth. He will be greatly missed, and fondly remembered by many friends, neighbors, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
