Sharon Holmes, 62, of Sebree, KY passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at her home.
She was born on May 1, 1954 in Evansville, IN to the late Blonie Harverson Love and Roy Ashby. Sharon worked as a nurse aide for Baptist Health Madisonville. She enjoyed going to yard sales and four wheel riding. Sharon was a member of Sassafras Grove Church in Onton, KY and attended Pritchetts Chapel in Hanson, KY.
Survivors include her husband, Larence Holmes of Sebree, KY; daughters, Crinnia (Edgar) Scott, Stephanie (Jeff) Nance, and Blonie Martin all of Ashbyburg, KY; sister, Karen Johnson of Ashbyburg, KY; step-daughters, Tony Holmes of Madisonville, Tera Darnell of Madisonville, and Savanah (Jimmy) Schnault of Henderson, KY; numerous grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Bill Willis, Bro. Steve Terry, and Bro. Troy Slinker officiating. Burial to follow at West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, KY.
