Born Dec. 13, 1912, in Buckeystown, she was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Alma F. Mercer Wisner. She was a homemaker for most of her life.
Private funeral services were held in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, Frederick.
