Mr. McMillan was born on May 28, 1959, in Vandalia, the son of Donald L. and Doris I. (Wasser) McMillan. He married Janet Jones on Jan. 18, 1981; they later divorced and she survives.
He is survived by a son, Ian McMillan of Front Royal, Va.; stepson, Tim Arndt of Front Royal, Va.; stepdaughter, Stephanie Arndt of Linden, Va.; sister, Debbie and her husband Dale Boatman of Salem; and grandchildren, Paige, Dillon and Sydney. He was preceded in death by his parents.
