Beverly entered into rest at her residence in Concordia, Kan.
She married Larry E. Burton in KCK. He preceded her in death June 14, 2008.
She was a 1957 graduate of Concordia High School and received an associate degree in Accounting from a Business College. Beverly retired as an owner/operator of Eckberg Corporation. She was a member of American Legion and Moose Lodge, KCK. Beverly enjoyed gardening, attending to her plants and loved to read and most of all spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include a son of Cincinnati, Ohio; a
daughter of Overland Park, Kan., a daughter and husband of KCK; d daughter and husband of Concordia; a sister JoAnn (Ptaschek) Overton, Benton, Wis.; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held at a later time. There will be no memorial contributions specified.
