BUFFALO - Woodrow Wilson Sikes, 81, of 112 Hill St., died Jan. 10, 1997, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.

A native of St. Matthews, he was the son of the late A.B. and Margaret Isabelle Rucker Sikes.

He was a member of Buffalo United Methodist Church and a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Sara Evelyn Stone Sikes; one son, James A. Sikes of Buffalo; two sisters, Beatrice Crider of Micanopy, Fla., and Edith Cheek of Union; two brothers, J.W. and Ronald Inabinett, both of Buffalo; and three grandchildren.

Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today at the Buffalo United Methodist Church, conducted by Dr. Mark Long and the Rev. Jerry Lawson. Burial will be in Union Memorial Gardens. The body will be placed in the church at 2:30 p.m. today.

The family is at the home of his son, James A. Sikes, 828 Riley Road, Buffalo.

Memorials may be made to the Harold Settle Activity Building Fund of Buffalo United Methodist Church, Church Street, Buffalo, 29321.
