Mindy M. Adkins-Stahl, 24, of Upper Sandusky, died Sunday, Nov. 5,2006, at her residence. She was born Nov. 26,1981, in Marion, to Kathy Nance-Davis and Brian K. Adkins. Her mother survives in Upper Sandusky and her father and stepmother, Carole Adkins, survive in Carey.
Mindy married Chad A. Stahl on Aug. 26,2006, in Sycamore, and he survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Gage and Haden; one daughter, Kylie; three brothers, Travis Davis and Trevor Davis, both of Upper Sandusky and Nick Adkins of Sycamore; three sisters, Kristi Davis of Upper Sandusky, Lauren Adkins of Portland, Ore., and Lilly Adkins of Carey; maternal grandmother Marie N. Harrah of Upper Sandusky; paternal grandparents T.B. and Opal Adkins of Sycamore; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave.,Upper Sandusky.
The funeral will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, 2006, at the funeral home, the Rev.Earl Smith officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.
