"Glenn Urbach, 78, former resident of Chillicothe, died Thursday at Camden Nursing Center in Monett. He was a machinist at Boss Glove Factory, Chillicothe, before his retirement.

He was born in Pudin, Oct. 31, 1904, son of Edward and Cora Urbach. On Jan. 31, 1933, he married Maye Owen, who survives at the home in Shell Knob.

Other survivors are a daughter, Helen Thayer of Springfield, Va.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother, Nolan Urbach of Purdin; and three sisters, Rosalee Moore and Waverly Lamb, both of Brookfield, and Bessie Bane of Chillicothe.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in Shell Knob Mortuary there. This morning, the body was received by the Gordon Home for Funerals where services were held at 3 o'clock this afternoon with Dr. Earl Griffith officiating. Burial was in Edgewood Cemetery."
