Preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Henry Vernon Huber and parents, L.P. and Ethel M. Acklen; She is survived by daughters, Amy Huber, Diane Swain and husband Craig Swain; granddaughters, Amanda Swain, Carolyn LaGrange and her husband Mike, and Leanna Swain.
Mary grew up in Texas City, Texas and graduated from Baylor University in 1956. She dedicated her life to being a remarkable wife, mother, friend and gramma. Mary also worked with an international book ministry for over 40 years.
The family received friends on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Funeral Services were celebrated on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home.
Interment followed at Forest Park East Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or the Wounded Warriors Project.
